LORI PERRO
Managing Director of Capital Markets/Investor Relations

Lori has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. She is Edlen and Co.’s Managing Director of Capital Markets/Investor Relations. She is primarily responsible for building relationships with Private Wealth Management firms and family offices. Lori formerly held similar roles with Redbrick, Crossbeam Capital, Guggenheim Real Estate, Liquid Realty, Argus Realty Investors and Metropolitan Real Estate Equity Management. Previously, she worked in roles related to accounting, separate account portfolio management, acquisitions, dispositions and investment management at Equitable Real Estate (now Morgan Stanley). She began her career as an auditor with Ernst and Young in Atlanta. Lori is a graduate of Clemson University. She is a CPA (nonactive) and has her FINRA Series 63 and 82. She sits on the Board for Sunriver Health Foundation and is an active member of Women Executives in Charlotte.
