Maria leads Edlen and Co.’s Accounting Department including multi-entity financial reporting, general accounting, project cost and fund reporting.

Maria has over 18 years of experience in accounting working for several industries including real estate, hospitality, retail, reinsurance, and audit services. She has worked as a Corporate Controller in the Real Estate industry for over 7 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Finance at Boston University. She is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute; CFA Society of Portland (CFASP) and Portland Alternative Investment Association (PAIA). She is currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Accounting.
