Of the 93 available units, 16 are for Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH), 15 are set at 30% AMI, and the remaining 62 are for families at 60% AMI
The projects goal is to serve families experiencing poverty and homelessness, which is reflected in 47% of the units being two- and three-bedroom units
