As a mission-based firm, Edlen & Company will focus on affordability and social equity, while scaling the boundaries of sustainable development. Equilibrium, a leader in sustainability investments, will continue as a partner with Edlen & Company.

Established in response to emerging market needs including the ever-increasing cost of living, the increasing need for social services such as addiction and substance treatment, a continued vigilance on the environmental impact of buildings and the social impact of placemaking, the mission of Edlen & Company reflects the partner’s community-based values and impact driven approach to real estate.

With a current portfolio that demonstrates the firm’s capacity, the foundation from which Edlen & Company is launched includes a depth of expertise in complex financial structures within public/private projects, sustainable building practices, a reputation of integrity and credibility, a broad network of collaborators, an approach to community stakeholders that is relationship driven, and a collective commitment to social and environmental impact.

Targeting projects within the Pacific Northwest and Inter-Mountain regions, Edlen & Company will expand upon the founding partners legacy of creating opportunities in the communities in which they are invested. Through collaborative and strategic partnerships there is a deep commitment to middle income and affordable housing, social services and deeply sustainable building practices.
